Your puppy’s go-home date is established at birth and will be listed on your litter page.

Pick-up is held on Saturday at 1:00 PM Eastern Time.

Please note that pick-up dates and times are firm. Because multiple families are scheduled on the same day, we are unable to accommodate early pickups, late arrivals, or alternate dates.

We encourage families to mark this date on their calendar as soon as puppies are born and make travel arrangements early.

To ensure a smooth transition home, please complete the following before pick-up day:

• Watch the Puppy 101 Session when puppies reach six weeks of age and again the day before pickup.
• Order your puppy’s food at least 10 days prior to pick-up.
• Schedule your first veterinary appointment within the first three days after bringing your puppy home.
• Review your shopping list and make sure you have all essential supplies prepared.
• Submit all final paperwork and payments before pick-up day.

The more prepared you are before arrival, the more relaxed and enjoyable your first few days together will be.

If you are driving home, we recommend bringing:

• Water bowl and bottled water
• Towels or blankets
• Waste bags
• Wet wipes
• Leash
• Paper towels
• A travel crate if you will be traveling alone

Many puppies enjoy riding on a passenger’s lap during the trip home. If you are traveling by yourself, a secured crate is strongly recommended.

Coming From

• Chicago or Wisconsin
  • Please remember that we are an hour ahead of you!
  • Plan for traffic on holidays!
  • Leave earlier than needed
  • When returning home with your puppy you can stop at Fair Oaks directly off State Rd 65 at exit 2210 to let your puppy potty, refuel your vehicle, grab a bite to eat, and stretch your legs. This and Merrillville are the only stops I ever make.

Your Noble Vestal puppy will go home with a personalized puppy packet containing:

• Veterinary health records
• Vaccination and deworming records
• Microchip information
• Registration paperwork
• Health warranty documents
• Training and care information
• Additional puppy-specific documentation

Everything you need to get started will be organized and ready for you on pick-up day. We send you home with a bag full of your puppy’s favorite items including a custom collar, chew toy, Snuggle Puppy and bed that smells like “home”.

Many of our families travel from across the country to bring home their Noble Vestal puppy.

We are located approximately 55 miles from Indianapolis International Airport, which is typically a 75-minute drive each way. When booking flights, please allow ample time for airport transportation, puppy pick-up, and airline check-in requirements for your return trip.

Ground Transportation

Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are not available from our location to the airport. Car rental is easy and convienently located at the Indianapolis International Airport or we have private chauffers available to pick you up and return you to the airport, to schedule private pick up call John 317-480-3361.  He can fit multiple passengers in his luxury fleet.

What To Bring For Air Travel

• Airline-approved soft-sided carrier
• Disposable potty pads
• Collapsible water bowl
• Leash and collar
• Small blanket or comfort item
• Puppy paperwork (provided at pick-up)

Please verify your airline’s current pet travel requirements before booking your flights, as policies may change without notice.

If needed I can have a carrier packed and ready for you for an additional fee of $200.00.

Please note many airlines have age restrictions for puppies flying in cabin! United equires puppies to be 15 weeks of age to fly in cabin. Delta requires puppies to be 10 weeks of age but  neither verify ;)  Alaska, Southwest, American, and Frontier all allow 8-week old puppies to fly in cabin.

For families that need to spend the evening in the area.

We recommend staying near Hamilton Town Center in Noblesville, Indiana, where you’ll find pet-friendly hotels, shopping, dining, and convenient access to outdoor spaces for puppy potty breaks and short walks.

If you’re making a long drive home, spending a relaxed evening together can be a wonderful way to begin bonding with your new puppy.

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early.

Pick-Up Day is exciting and often emotional for families, and we want everyone to have the opportunity to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.

You’ll meet your puppy, receive your documents, review any final instructions, and begin your journey home together.

After eight weeks of love, enrichment, socialization, and individualized care, your puppy is ready for the next step and we couldn’t be more excited for your family.
