Please answer all questions thoroughly. We will use this application to identify the puppy that best suits your family’s needs and desires. Once your application has been approved, you will be asked to submit a non refundable reservation & consultation fee of $500 to hold your placement on our waiting list. Your reservation & consultation fee will be applied to the purchase fee of $4,000 for your puppy. We will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of your application.

All of our puppies are sold as desexed pet companions unless purchased as a breeding prospect. Please note that breeding puppies are sold on limited contracts and at a much higher fee and should be reserved well in advance.

When submitting your application, please note that our website will progress to confirmation page. If the confirmation page does not appear, you will need to correct errors in your application. Once the application is submitted, check your email in-box for an email from us that is automatically generated for details regarding the next step in this process.

Allocation Process

Puppies are not custom baked or knitted but left to chance of Mother Nature and God. Noble Vestal Labradoodles does not produce puppies to custom order. Our list of preferences may or may not be met within a particular litter.

I also understand that temperament is most important to Noble Vestal Labradoodles when matching puppies to families rather than cosmetic traits. Noble Vestal labradoodles understand that when purchasing a puppy, it is desirable to state some preferences about the puppy. Noble Vestal Labradoodles feels personality and size are important factors to consider and other cosmetic traits are of less importance. I understand that placement will not be made based on gender

I am open-minded and flexible in regards to my puppy’s color, size and gender within a particular litter knowing that this will be easier to make a perfect match for my home and family dynamic. I understand the the more particular I am with cosmetic preferences, the more difficult it will be to find a suitable match. Also, I understand that Noble Vestal Labradoodles has the right to reserve any puppy for breeding that they choose.

Noble Vestal Labradoodles assigns puppies based upon the information provided on the application and our assessment of each puppy. Noble Vestal Labradoodles chooses which puppy goes to each family – I understand that I will not be picking my puppy. I know that this will ensure that the puppies are placed according to their personalities and not their looks based upon pictures. I understand that Noble Vestal Labradoodles is very successful with this method and I trust their process completely.

I acknowledge that Noble Vestal Labradoodles has the right to refuse to sell me a puppy at any time. I understand that once my application was approved, that I have paid a $500.00 Reservation and Consultation Fee, which is not a deposit, for the time spent consulting me and for the act of placing me on a Reservation List. This Reservation and Consultation Fee will be applied toward the total fee for my Reserved Puppy and is non-refundable since it is for services already performed, but can be transferred to a different available puppy or litter.

All families will be required to agree with this allocation process.

We want to do everything in our power to ensure our puppies are as healthy as possible. To reach this goal we will only breed our dogs once they have completed, and done well on, all their health testing.
We will only breed our dogs if we are certain they are happy and healthy. We will gladly show you your puppy's parents' health testing results. We welcome any and all comments or questions!

Our Warranty

Health is extremely important to us. We are sure your new family member will enter your family with a wonderful temperament and a clean bill of health. We will be here for questions or comments for the lifetime of your dog.
Your new puppy comes with a two year warranty against any life threatening genetic conditions and three year warranty against hip dysplasia.
Our dogs mean the world to us. We will gladly take any of our dogs back if at ANYTIME they need a new home. We will always be here for our dogs and their new families.

Noble Vestal Labradoodle Health Warranty

Breeder’s Responsibility:The Breeder guarantees the puppy is in good health at the time of delivery. The Buyer has three days to take the puppy into a veterinarian for an examination. If the puppy is found to be of poor health the Buyer has the option of returning the puppy to the Breeder for a full refund or keeping the puppy and the Breeder will reimburse for all veterinary costs, up to the purchase price, related to the per- existing condition.
The Breeder provides a warranty for three years after the date of birth against any serious genetic disorder that affects the dog's quality of life. Should a serious genetic disorder be discovered, the Breeder will offer a replacement puppy from the next available litter or refund the original purchase price (breeders choice). Your puppy does not need to be returned to us. All veterinary records must be supplied to the Breeder. In the case of HD the Buyer must provide documentation from PennHIP or OFA. In the case of cataracts or PRA the Buyer must provide documentation from a veterinary ophthalmologist.
The Breeder reserves the right, at the Breeder's expense, to have the dog checked by a veterinarian of the Breeder's choice before offering a replacement puppy or refund.

Buyer's Responsibility:

The Buyer will provide the dog a caring and loving home.
The Buyer will take the dog to a veterinarian for an annual check-up and all preventative treatment recommended by the veterinarian will be followed.
The Buyer will take the dog to either group or private training classes by the time the dog is five months of age. We recommend that professional classes start within the first week that your new puppy joins your family and continue for the first year of your dog's life.
The Australian Labradoodle requires socialization outside the home during the first month that it is home. Socialization is key to your dog's mental stability.
The Buyer will feed the dog only a premium quality dog food. The Breeder recommends pawTree. Pet food sold in grocery stores does not constitute a premium pet food and are often recalled.
The Buyer will not allow the dog to become overweight or allow repetitive, rigorous exercise during the first year of development.
The Buyer will return the dog to the Breeder immediately if the Buyer can no longer look after the dog at ANY point during the dog’s life.
